Responsibilities
Design visually strong and user-friendly graphics for our website, including banners, product visuals and promotional content
Create marketing assets for social media, email campaigns and digital advertisements
Enhance the overall user experience through clear and on-brand design
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual content
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and materials
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within E-commerce
Strong skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software
A strong eye for layout, aesthetics and detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills
A portfolio showcasing relevant design work

This role focuses entirely on online customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Assist customers via email with questions about products, sizing, orders and returns
Provide clear and helpful product guidance
Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Support day-to-day E-commerce operations related to customer service
Maintain a positive and consistent brand experience through communication
Requirements
Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within fashion or E-commerce
Strong written communication skills in English
Customer-first mindset with a professional and friendly tone
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
